SIIA's One-to-One Business Connections Meetings are designed for education technology companies searching for capital / investment, revenue, distribution and strategic partnership opportunities. Meetings are set up in advance to assure maximum interest and utility for all participating companies.
Presenting Companies
If you seek funding or business development support, you can make short presentations to the companies that most closely fit your strategic objectives.As a "Presenting Company" you will:
- Find investment opportunities by talking to venture and strategic investors
- Gauge licensing and distribution opportunities for content and technology products and services
Presenting Companies must apply by Wednesday, November 15 (though the sooner you apply, the more likely we'll be able to schedule meetings for you!). To participate, contact Karen Billings, VP, Education Division.
Listening Companies
You will listed to presentations from companies you may wish to buy, partner with, or invest in. As a "Listening Company" you will:
- Discover new products or companies with business models that fit your investment criteria or strategic relationship needs
- Discuss content and technology licensing possibilities with potential partner
