INPUT has seen Software as a Service (SaaS) grow slowly within the federal marketplace. INPUT concluded that SaaS is generating a lot of "hype" in the Federal Government marketplace and has captured the attention of many decision makers. However, it appears to be a nascent market at this point and will continue to be so until SaaS success stories gain critical mass within a large department with government-wide visibility that will lead by example.

The panel will include a Federal government customer, a systems integrator and a SaaS provider who will discuss best practices of SaaS decision-making, deployment, adoption and maintenance. The audience will have a chance to question the panel and learn how to make certain their SaaS projects are wildly successful.
