BOARD MEMBERS

  • Paul Auffermann
    Director of Sales, OpenAir, Inc.
    Board Member

    Since joining OpenAir in 2006, Paul has driven 50% annual revenue growth and rapid expansion of the sales team at OpenAir. Focused on new business development, Paul manages OpenAir's growing field sales, inside sales, and sales engineering groups. In this environment he has successfully fostered the culture of intense customer satisfaction and deep product knowledge upon which OpenAir has based its success. As a testament to his and OpenAir's achievements, OpenAir was awarded an SIIA CODiE for Best Business Software Solution in 2008. Before joining OpenAir, Paul worked as a consultant for IBM Business Consulting and Mercer Management Consulting, managing project teams in the energy, technology, and financial services sectors. Paul graduated summa cum laude from Bowdoin College with an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
     
  • Tina Babbi
    VP, Sales & Marketing, LucidEra
    Board Member

    Tina has led successful sales teams in companies known for their strong focus on customer relationships.

    Tina was the Director of Channel Operations and Worldwide Customer Training at Apple Computer. Her focus on operational efficiencies and customer experience drove departmental contribution to new records. Before that, Tina was the VP of Sales Operations and Programs at Blue Pumpkin Software where she was instrumental in driving the dramatic growth of the early-stage start-up to a market leadership position. Previously, she served in senior sales management roles with successful enterprise software companies, including Entercept Security Technologies (acquired by Network Associates), Netscape, Collabra (acquired by Netscape), Portola Communications (acquired by Netscape), and Gupta Technologies (acquired by Platinum Equity). Tina started her management career at Everex Computers.

    Tina holds a bachelor's degree in civil and biological engineering from Cornell University.

     
  • Jon Beck
    Senior VP, Sales & Channel Development, OpSource, Inc.
    Chair

    An industry veteran of fourteen years, Mr. Beck brings experience shaping the growth of IP infrastructure and communications industry. Mr. Beck has held positions of increasing responsibility with companies such as Critical Path, Netcom (acquired by EarthLink), Global Center (acquired by Exodus), and Genuity (acquired by Level 3 Communications) and most recently as COO at Pandora Networks, a leading VoIP messaging company where he managed marketing, sales and field support in the U.S. and U.K. Prior to joining Pandora Networks, he founded the consulting firm, Top Bunk Consulting, providing sales, marketing and operations consulting services to, among others, Click Commerce and Aurema.
    Mr. Beck has managed zero to multi-million dollar growth, multi-national product launches and field operations across North America, Central-Latin America, Asia-Pacific and European regions. He frequently lectures to corporations and business schools on ethics and integrity in the workplace.

     
  • Steve Booth
    Vice President, Sales, Aria Systems, LLC
    Board Member

    Steve Booth joined Aria Systems in 2008 as the Vice President of Sales. Steve is responsible for setting Aria's sales strategy and driving revenue growth through enterprise customer base expansion. Steve is a seasoned sales executive, bringing over 20 years of enterprise solution sales and sales management experience to Aria. Prior to joining Aria, Steve held senior sales management positions with QlikTech, Responsys, ADP, and Portal Software. Steve holds a BS in Marketing and Finance from LaSalle University.
     
  • Mark LaRosa
    Vice President, Sales, Angelsoft LLC
    Board Member

    Mark LaRosa began his career as an entrepreneur by founding Dynamic Mobile Data. DMD offered a fleet management solution to large enterprises. His innovative products won many awards including a DEMOgod award at DemoMobile 2003.
    After running the company for 9 years and successfully negotiating its sale, LaRosa moved on to a lead sales and business development roles at IRMC (now iQor). He then moved back into mobile and wireless selling enterprise level SMS solutions for Air2Web where he was tasked with building out a NorthEast presence for the company.
    Since he joined Angelsoft in 2007, Mark has been responsible for sales and business development worldwide. Mark was a perfect match for Angelsoft, having started as an entrepreneur, raised large amounts of money from angels and venture capitalists, and bringing years of sales experience to bear.
    He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stevens Institute of Technology where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees.

     
  • John Neri
    VP, Sales & Customer Satisfaction, ExpenseWatch.com
    Board Member

    John Neri joined ExpenseWatch.com in 2006 and as vice president of sales and customer satisfaction. In this role, he is responsible for global sales operations, including direct sales, customer implementations, support and usage. Mr. Neri has over 14 years of technology sales and sales management experience in leading successful sales organizations and meeting high-volume, quality-critical sales goals. His superb ability for growing, managing, and retaining ExpenseWatch.com's direct sales channels positions the company for long-term success.

    Most recently, Mr. Neri was director of sales, Eastern region, with Relicore (acquired by Symantec), where he was responsible for new customer acquisition and revenue generation within the Eastern US, Canada, and Europe. Prior to his position at Relicore, he was senior director of North American sales for Acta Technology (acquired by Business Objects). He holds a master's in business administration from LaSalle University.

  • Guy Shani
    Vice President, Sales, Clarizen
    Board Member

    Guy Shani is responsible for Clarizen's global sales including channel development and strategic partnerships. Guy brings over 10 years of experience in sales, engineering and business development to Clarizen.
    Guy joined Clarizen from Eurotech Technology Inc where he served as CEO. Prior to Eurotech, Guy spent over 7 years at SmarTeam Inc, Dassault Systmes (DASTY) company, where he held several positions, including technical manager of Asia Pacific and Director of Sales and Business Development in the US and South America. Before joining SmarTeam Guy worked as project manager at Elbit Ltd. Israel.
    Guy holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Management Engineering.
