- Stein Bagger
Chief Executive Officer, IT Factory A/S Board Member
Stein Bagger has been working as a top executive in the software industry for the last 13 years. He joined IT FACTORY in December 2001. His main purpose was to devise and implement new strategies to cope with changes in the global IT market after the .com crash. Another asset for IT FACTORY is Stein's extensive experience in a firm and focused execution and in growing profitable businesses. Prior to Stein's engagement with IT FACTORY, he was President and CEO in other international software companies with a primary focus on business development, strategic alliances, and financing. Stein Bagger holds two BAs; one in accounting and one in economics. Stein also holds an MBA and a PhD in International Business. One of Stein´s primary talents is articulating the business value of technology and he has successfully translated that into strategic initiatives, a.o. successful implementations of disruptive business models. He is a skilled strategic thinker with effective communication skills.

Chief Executive Officer, Intacct Corporation Board Member
Intacct is the leading company specializing in accounting and financial management software for small and medium businesses using SaaS model. Mike joined the company in Feb., 2007 and has led a period of rapid investment and growth. His career in the IT industry spans 36 years and is characterized by working in businesses based on advanced technology in the early stage of market adoption or helping businesses grow around a new vision. Previously he was CEO of The Interim CEO Network, a specialized recruiting firm he founded; Neuron Data which he transformed to become Blaze Software and go public; and Kaleida Labs, the pioneering multimedia joint venture of Apple and IBM. He spent 23 years at IBM as General Manager of four divisions: Global Small Business; Consumer Division; Fireworks Partners, a venture capital firm; and the Multimedia Division. He is currently Lead Independent Director on the Board of Callidus Software. He holds BA and MBA degrees from The University of Rochester.

Since joining in 2005, Ken Comée, President and CEO of Cast Iron Systems has delivered a 500% increase in revenue and four-fold increase in new customers. Before Cast Iron, Mr. Comée spent over four years at CollabNet, a SaaS provider of software development tools, where he grew the company's revenue by over 400% while doubling the size of the customer base each year. Mr. Comée has also served in executive positions at Parametric Technology Corporation and Amdahl Corporation. Mr. Comée holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and an MBA in Strategy from the London Business School.

John Girard is the founder and CEO of Clickability. Under his leadership Clickability has grown from a garage-based dream of four Stanford graduates to become the leading SaaS disruptor in the web content management space. Clickability's customers include large media customers like the Wall Street Journal and CNN and the marketing teams at major Fortune 1000 companies like Cisco and Cantor Fitzgerald. John helped Clickability successfully navigate the market down turn in 2001-2003, and has shepherded the company to triple digit annual growth over the last 3 years.

- Morris Panner
Chief Executive Officer, OpenAir, Inc. Chair
Since 2001, Morris Panner has been CEO of OpenAir, an on-demand professional services automation application. OpenAir is used by professional services firms to gain controls and insight on their financial best practices and to track projects, teams, and billable hours for improving employee utilization and to streamline project management. OpenAir is a member of salesforce.com's AppExchange network and its application is based on the Software-as-Service and Service Oriented Architecture model. Panner was previously an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and spent a year fighting narco-terrorism at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá, Columbia. Before that, he was a Federal Prosecutor in New York City, an M&A attorney and a banker at Lazard Frères & Co. A graduate of Harvard Law School and Yale, he is on the Board of the Software Division of the SIIA and has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes and Fast Company.
- Ken Rudin
Chief Executive Officer, LucidEra Board Member
As co-founder and CEO of LucidEra, Ken is focused on redefining the Business Intelligence market by providing simple to use analytic applications as an on-demand service. Before founding LucidEra, Ken was VP and General Manager of Siebel CRM OnDemand at Siebel Systems. Prior to that, Ken was VP of Marketing for Siebel Analytics (now Oracle Analytics), where he helped Siebel become the industry's largest provider of analytics applications. Before Siebel, Ken served as Senior VP of Products for Salesforce.com, where he spearheaded all development and product marketing functions. In parallel, he also served on NetSuite's advisory board. Before Salesforce.com, Ken was co-founder and CEO of Emergent Corporation, a consulting company focused on building large-scale data warehousing solutions which was acquired by Keane, Inc. in 1999. Ken holds a B.S. in computer science and electrical engineering from Harvard University and a master's degree in business from Stanford University.
- Treb Ryan
Chief Executive Officer & Founder, OpSource, Inc. Board Member
Since 1996, Mr. Ryan has been instrumental in defining and creating services organizations that improve the quality and reliability of the technology infrastructures businesses depend on for communications and commerce. Prior to co-founding OpSource in 2002, Mr. Ryan was President of the Americas for Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN). He was responsible for integrating the sales and delivery organizations of the company's Internet businesses-hosting, IP networking, and managed services. Under his leadership, MFN customers included BP Amoco, JP Morgan Chase, Sony, Microsoft, and Mercedes-Benz. Mr. Ryan joined MFN from SiteSmith, a company that he co-founded in 1999 and ultimately sold to MFN the following year in a deal valued at $1.4 billion. Mr. Ryan has been a guest speaker at numerous industry events, including CIO, venture capital, Internet, hosting, and software conferences. He attended UCLA and is an advisor to the UCLA CLAS fund.

- William Soward
President & CEO, Adaptive Planning Board Member
Bill Soward is president and CEO of Adaptive Planning. Prior to Adaptive Planning, Bill was an Executive in Residence at Accel Partners. Prior to Accel, he was General Manager of FRS, a business unit of S1 Corporation. While at S1, Bill transformed FRS into the company's most successful business unit, more than doubling revenues while building profitable and sustainable customer relationships with global financial institutions. As a member of S1's executive team, Bill helped spearhead the build out of S1's European operations and served as the interim CEO of both S1 Europe and S1's Edify business unit. Prior to joining S1, he held a variety of executive roles at Edify Corporation. Previously, Bill served in management roles with Siemens-ROLM and IBM, and was Managing Partner and CFO of a residential construction company. Bill holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
